Welcome to Unified Consulting & Tax. I’m John G. Kim, a licensed CPA, Enrolled Agent, PA Realtor, and commissioned Notary Public, and the founder of KOAM CPAs LLC.

After completing a master’s degree from Drexel University and securing my CPA, EA, Real Estate, and Notary credentials, I founded Unified to serve individuals and business owners who need a true one-stop advisory team. My goal is to provide excellent communication, high competence, and dependable responsiveness across your entire financial and property lifecycle.

As someone who has worked in international setting, I am well-equipped to guide entrepreneurs within the immigrant business communities. Additionally my experience at H-Mart has prepared us to help at every level of product distribution as well as managing the growth of local retail operation to national chain stores. My experience and expertise allow us to have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the tax and accounting of small and medium size business.

Today, this deep financial expertise allows me to not only manage the tax and accounting needs of growing businesses, but also confidently guide clients through complex commercial and residential real estate transactions, optimizing every deal for maximum tax efficiency.
