Welcome to Unified Consulting & Tax (KOAM CPAs LLC). I’m John G. Kim, a licensed CPA & EA and the founder of KOAM CPAs LLC.

With over 25 years of experience in business operations and leadership — including more than two decades at H-Mart, a multi-billion dollar specialty supermarket chain throughout North America, where I played significant and vital role as executive director — I bring a unique know-how and experience in the growth of small and medium size businesses.

After earning my CPA license in Pennsylvania and completing a master’s degree from Drexel University, I founded Unified to serve individuals and small and medium size business owners who hunger for excellent communication, high competence, and dependable responsiveness.

As someone who has worked in international setting, I am well-equipped to guide entrepreneurs within the immigrant business communities. Additionally my experience at H-Mart has prepared us to help at every level of product distribution as well as managing the growth of local retail operation to national chain stores. My experience and expertise allow us to have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the tax and accounting of small and medium size business.
